Yes, our Tiny Tots classes welcome parents or guardians to accompany their little ones during the session. In fact, we encourage parents to join in on the fun and participate with their toddlers. We believe that the presence of a trusted adult can help toddlers feel more comfortable and confident as they learn and play in our classes. So come and join us for a bonding experience with your child.

Yes, our Kids Yoga is a drop off class. Parents or guardians are welcome to accompany their child for the first class, but after that, the children are encouraged to attend the class on their own.

We encourage baby or child to refrain from consuming food or milk at least one hour before their class.

48 hours notice must be given before class to be eligible for a replacement class within the next two weeks. Late cancels will be deducted as regular credit. Any absence without prior notice will be treated as a no show and no make up classes will be offered.

Payments are to be made 2-days prior to each single session. Payment details will be provided upon registration.
