For babies : body awareness, sensory integration, secure attachment.
For toddlers : confidence, movement exploration, emotional regulation.

Welcome to our nurturing haven, where the art of baby movement and massage becomes a symphony of connection between mother and child. Our mom & baby class that nurtures both your body and bond. Each session weaves together gentle yoga movement, *baby massage, soothing songs, and keepsake footprint crafts. It's a space for slowing down, sharing your motherhood journey, and celebrating baby's milestones - one calm breath at a time.​

For moms with babies from 6 weeks to pre-walking. The 1.5-2 hours baby class includes sensory activities and keepsake craft for babies. ​

WIGGLE & WONDER

Welcome to "Wiggle & Wonder" children's club - our signature playgroup class!
It's a playful blend of yoga movement, music, messy play, and creativity - designed to support toddlers' exploration while strengthening the mom-child bond. We start with yoga stretches, then dive into themed sensory activities, and crafts. Expect joyful curiosity, wobbly dances, and lots of smiles!

For moms with toddlers from walkers to 24 months. This 2 hours toddler yoga class includes sensory and craft activities, as well as free play for our little ones.

AFTERNOON WIGGLES!

Keep the little ones busy in the afternoon with this light-hearted session full of rhythm and movement! A playful, yoga-inspired movement play session for toddlers - with just the right mix of music & action songs, sensory fun, and free play in a safe, calm space. Our afternoon playgroup class is perfect for winding down after lunch while staying meaningfully engaged!

KIDS YOGA
Do Kids like Yoga? They don't just like yoga - they LOVE yoga! Kids are natural yogis and thrive in the fun, creative environment fostered in kids yoga classes. Kids Yoga (3-7 years) is an ideal time to begin a yoga practice as their young minds are naturally creative and curious. At times they like to move and other times, they are still. Yoga allows them to be their authentic selves, explore movement, enjoy stillness and cultivate imagination and a sense of inner peace.

Kids Yoga classes are all about movement, imagination, education and fun. Each week's class will focus on a different theme encouraging the kids to use their imagination to embody animals or things found in nature using traditional yoga poses. We use themes such as "Fun at the Beach", "Getting from here to there", "Jungle Safari" or "Picnic in Space", and uses yoga as a medium for learning different 'elements" like anatomy, music, visual art etc.

Our classes promote mindfulness and relaxation, teaching kids how to calm their minds and bodies. We are passionate about fostering a love of yoga in each child we teach!​
KIDS MINDFULNESS ACTIVITIES

This class is for toddlers from 18 months through 4 years, to explore and make art. Each class will feature a process art experience with a variety of media and time for sensory play. Activities are designed to stimulate the brain, and nurture creativity and sensory awareness while supporting fine motor, observation, and social skills.
​
For toddlers to 3 years, parent or caregivers are encouraged to be nearby during class and to assist as needed, but projects are designed to be exploded by the toddler independently.​
